Edusoko University, Bida is a Community based private University established in the year 2021 under the Chairmanship of HRH, Etsu Nupe, Alh. (Dr.) Yahaya Abubakar CFR, who is the Proprietor of the University. The main objective of establishing the University is to cater to teaming unemployed youth to acquire entrepreneurship skills and technological (ICT) knowledge for self sustainance and community development.

As of July 2024, the university appointed Prof. M.A.T. Suleiman as Vice-Chancellor and Mallam Mohammed Baba Ndana as Registrar. Prof. Suleiman brings a wealth of academic and administrative experience, aiming to provide strategic leadership to the institution
